After your request has been sent, one of our schedulers will contact you back giving you a full estimate including your travel fee based on the location provided on your request form. 

 

Due to a high number of scheduling requests, responses can take between 1 to 5 business days, so please allow time for our schedulers to respond to your e-mail. Please note, closure dates can also impact response times, updates on closure dates can be found here.

 

After Dark appointments can book out anywhere between 6-8 weeks in advance due to our limited availability. Bridal clients should aim to schedule 4-6 months in advance for availability purposes and After Dark will accept appointment requests up to, but no further than 6 months at this time. We are not able to accommodate same-week/same-day appointment requests at this time.

 

Wedding tan appointments should be done 2-3 days before the wedding while trials should be done at a minimum, a month or more before the wedding tan. After Dark will not schedule trials within the 4 weeks leading up to the wedding date. We recommend scheduling your wedding appointment and trial at the same time to ensure availability. Please also include any important details during your request.
